全球金融危机引发经济大幅度衰退。

电子商务从业者都在考虑的一个问题是，这次危机对电子商务到底有多少影响？

我们从一个实际电子商务例子切入，从局部窥视宏观，简单量化金融危机对我们电子商务实实在在的影响。

研究对象基本信息：化妆品行业、B2C型电子商务。

研究方法：在2008年9月至12月的4个月中，网站从百度搜索引擎来的流量变化基本不变。我们统计这部分流量每月平均转化率。

经济环境的衰退确实影响了我们的电子商务。10月份衰退了25.71%，11月份衰退了13.46%，12月份衰退了5.56%。

2008年9月到现在，总的衰退了39.29%。这种衰退可以映射成电子商务购买人群数、成交量。

宏观经济不济影响着电子商务并将继续负面地影响下去。

“白领世界”举办集猎头服务和现场招聘为一体的猎头会，只提供年薪5万元以上中高级职位

在招聘会行业发达的广州，一种集“猎头服务+现场招聘”为一体的高级人才交流活动，正逐渐引领起一股高端招聘会市场的发展潮流。日前记者获悉，3月12日，一场别出心裁的“白领世界·精英荟萃猎头会”，将在广州东方酒店举行。据主办方透露，在该招聘会上，届时将有100家以上世界五百强企业和国内知名企业进场招聘，向求职者提供1000多个年薪5万以上的中高级职位。据悉，除“白领世界”外，广州韦博人才市场今后也有意举办“猎头式招聘会”。

“所谓‘猎头会’，就是一种集猎头服务、现场招聘和求职服务为一体的招聘会”。据主办方广州锦田管理顾问公司招聘部经理林军介绍，这种“猎头式招聘会”的最大特点，就是将传统的人才招聘和猎头服务结合，并“对求职者、企业进行严格挑选，未达条件者一律谢绝进场”。

据称，该场“猎头会”明确规定，大专7年、本科6年以上工作经验的求职者，和能出示年收入在5万元以上证明的技能型人才方可入场。而进场企业，除世界500强外，至少必须达到国内外行业领导者的标准，并能为求职者提供年薪5万元以上职位。据介绍，这场“猎头会”提供的1000个招聘职位，大部分年薪在8万元以上，最高职位年薪更是超过100万元。而进场企业，基本上以BP、菲利普、安利、雅芳、惠尔浦等欧美企业以及TCL、美的、远大空调等内地知名企业等为主。

林军告诉记者，“年薪8万元以上”是广州猎头行业里通行的“最低接单标准”，这场“猎头会”绝对不只是“披上了猎头外衣”，而是一场名副其实的“猎头式招聘会”。

业内人士认为，这种“猎头式招聘会”，因为对招聘企业和求职者双方都规定了较高进场门槛，而满足了一部分知名企业招聘中高级人才的市场需求。
